How Initiable Ventures LLP handles the information you send through initiable.com, our contact form, API and MCP server. Last updated 2026-11-02.
Summary
Initiable Ventures LLP ("Initiable", "we") runs initiable.com. We collect only what you choose to send us, such as a project inquiry, and the minimal technical data needed to serve and protect the site. We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising trackers, and the site sets no analytics or marketing cookies.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you use the contact form, email us, or send an inquiry through our API, MCP server or an AI agent acting for you, we receive the details you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, company, role, budget range, the services you are interested in, and your message.
Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser user agent, the pages and endpoints you request, and timestamps so it can deliver pages, keep the service secure and prevent abuse. The public API also uses your IP address briefly, in memory, to enforce rate limits.
Idempotency records. If an API client sends an Idempotency-Key with an inquiry, we cache the API's response (the inquiry id and status, not your message) at the edge for up to 24 hours so a retried request is not delivered twice.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss, scope and deliver the work you asked about.
- To keep records of our business communications.
- To operate, secure and debug the website and API, including blocking spam and abuse.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers, each only for the purpose below:

These providers may process data in the United States, India and other countries where they operate. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement plus the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. Hosting logs are kept according to our providers' standard retention policies. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request". We will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the "last updated" date in its markdown version at /privacy.md.
